Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the TribeDojo platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

TribeDojo provides a platform for collector communities to manage clubs, showcase collections, host events, facilitate marketplace transactions, and communicate. The Service includes web applications, APIs, and related services.

3. User Accounts

You must create an account to use certain features of the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.

4. User Content

You retain ownership of content you upload to the Service. By uploading content, you grant TribeDojo a limited license to store, display, and distribute your content in connection with the Service.

5. Marketplace Transactions

Marketplace transactions are between buyers and sellers. TribeDojo facilitates payments through Stripe but is not a party to the underlying transaction. Escrow protections are provided as described in our marketplace documentation.

6. Prohibited Conduct

You may not use the Service for any unlawful purpose, to infringe on intellectual property rights, to distribute harmful content, or to engage in fraudulent transactions.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TribeDojo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
